The Estate

The Holiday Farm "Il Poggio" extends for more than 100 hectares over the hills of the Tuscan countryside and offers a stay in an old mansion house with an annex barn. The wide spaces of the estate allow guests to relax on the edge of the swimming pool set in the park, to do trekking undisturbed within the property, enjoy the culinary specialities typical of the area and visit the cities of art close by: Florence, San Giminiano, Pisa, Volterra but also less known places just as fascinating culturally and geographically.

5 minutes away by car, Certaldo, where there are shops and restaurants of all sorts, famous for its beautiful medieval village, Certaldo Alto.
10 minutes away Montespertoli, where one can find shops and typical good restaurants, known for it’s Chianti.
